Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Officer located in Dehradun. The Duty Officer will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the cinema, coordinating with staff for various duties, managing customer service, and handling any issues that arise during the shift. Additional responsibilities include overseeing safety protocols, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
• Prior experience in the cinema, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cinema management software are beneficial
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or a related field is a plus
