Maintain daily checklist records with UM/AM signature. Perform daily yield checks and monitor shortage/excess updates. Ensure ticket rolls are properly stocked . Verify all POS areas are functional and clean . Ensure Till Talkers are presentable and available. Update and maintain the shorted sheet and MIS records . Ensure all ESPs have torches and are active on the floor . Confirm ESP & GRA are briefed on new releases. Monitor staff locker facilities and ensure admin holds spare keys . Collect guest feedback daily with a target of 15 responses. Ensure Form-17 is updated consistently. Keep the Display Schedule updated and available in prescribed format. Maintain SOS (Show Order Sheet) as per the show-wise schedule. Update daily and weekly collection reports without fail. Preferred candidate profile 10+2 or HM Graduate 2 to 5 years ( Fresher - HM Graduate) Basic ability to understand and Communicate in English Cinema Experience, Checklist Management, POS and MS Office

Also ensure proper tracking of assets. Monitoring of Security and Safety measures and in case of deviations, take corrective actions based on approval from Unit Manager Any other task assigned by manager.
An Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the company's SOP. Check and monitor uniform and batch must wear by all staff. Sanction leave and keep leave records. Take daily attendance report and monitor late coming and early going. Follow leave rules framed by HO. Look after housekeeping and maintain property clean and shining. Look after all maintenance related issues and make sure, it will complete in time. Look after security personnel, include safety and security measures. Each incoming and outgoing material should be noted and monitored, maintain system for that. Behavior and manners of staff should be checked and keep updated regularly. Take care of viewers satisfactions and resolve any matters arise from viewers. Ensure at most satisfaction and comfort of viewers. Look after waste reduction in food court and canteen. Send regular report to concern person at HO for revenue generated in each head. Monitor and keep updated accountancy records. Handle cash and deposit it to bank. Scheduling of movie show screen wise. Look after proper advertisement for movie. Look after overall functions of Box-office, monitor Govt. compliance. Co-ordinate with internet banking and maintain updated records. Entertain Govt. officials in your area with applying understanding, whom to entertain. Keep records of all FOC tickets and fast food. As and when called for meeting at HO. Managers have to remain present with all data required and present before management. Finalize and communicate in written roles and responsibilities of each staff. Send one copy to HR dept. Without prior permission of HR dept. any recruitment is not permitted. Any relieving will be communicated immediately through mail to HR dept. Apply your credibility and suggest to management for any better change in space usage, system etc., and suggest innovative ideas for revenue generation.
