Position: Duty Officer Location: Pacific Mall Dehradun/ Centrio Mall Dehradun Experience: 1 to 3 years in Guest Handling Education: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management Shift: Rotational Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Officer located in Dehradun. The Duty Officer will oversee the daily operations of the cinema, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing safety protocols, and handling any operational issues that arise. Responsibilities will also include coordinating with different departments, maintaining venue standards, and reporting to the management team regarding any incidents or feedback from patrons. Qualifications Experience in operations management and staff supervision Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies Knowledge of safety protocols and venue maintenance Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field Previous experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reporting and communication.
