Duty Officer

As a Team Leader at the Wakad, Pune location, your role overview includes performing all duties in accordance with set policies and procedures covering Box-Office, Concessions, and Ushering under the general guidance of the Duty Manager. You will be responsible for greeting customers and VIP guests, providing service on seat, suggestive & up-selling, efficient cash handling at POS, handling customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering the best service. Additionally, you will need to be well-versed with movie synopsis and genre, take effective orders, handle box office and concessions independently, manage cash from box and candy area, operate the Showbiz software system for revenue generation, maintain machines at the box office and concessions, and ensure statutory forms and revenue collection procedures are followed correctly. Key Responsibilities: - Perform duties in Box-Office, Concessions, and Ushering as per set policies and procedures - Greet customers and VIP guests with correct salutation - Provide service on seat, suggestive & up-selling - Handle cash efficiently at POS with no variance in sales - Address customer queries and ensure customer delight through excellent service - Be knowledgeable about movie synopsis and genre - Take orders effectively and satisfy customers - Independently handle box office and concessions - Manage cash from box and candy area - Operate Showbiz software system for revenue generation - Maintain machines at the box office and concessions - Ensure statutory forms and revenue collection procedures are maintained Qualification Required: - Graduation/Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Hotel/QSR/Restaurants as a Team Leader Please note that this is an outsourced/off-roll position.
