Duty Officer

As a Team Leader at the Wakad, Pune location, you will be responsible for performing all duties in accordance with set policies and procedures covering Box-Office, Concessions, and Ushering under the general guidance of the Duty Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: - Personally greeting customers and VIP Guests at each touch point with the correct salutation - Providing service on seat, suggestive & up-selling - Efficiently handling cash at the point of sale (POS) with no variance in sales - Handling customer queries and ensuring every customer is delighted with the best service - Being well-versed with movie synopsis and genre - Taking effective orders and ensuring customer satisfaction - Independently handling box office and concessions - Managing cash from box and candy area - Operating the software system Showbiz effectively to generate revenue - Ensuring the highest level of integrity towards the organization and patrons - Handling queries regarding film content, rating, and show times - Maintaining machines at the box office and concessions - Ensuring that all statutory forms and formats for revenue collection are maintained in the respective areas at all times - Following correct cash handling procedures and revenue collection as per policies and procedures Qualifications & Experience Required: - Graduation/Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Hotel/QSR/Restaurants as a Team Leader Please note that this is an outsourced/off-roll position.
