Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at PVR INOX Limited in Wakad, Pune. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, handling customer concerns, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable cinema environment.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of cinema operations and industry trends
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Hospitality/QSR/Restaurants/Retail or similar industry.
