The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest services and smooth coordination between departments. Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns, supervising staff, addressing operational issues, and ensuring adherence to hotel standards and policies. The role requires efficient management of resources, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and coordinate staff effectively. Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to manage operational tasks, including planning, resource allocation, and adherence to safety protocols. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, management, and guests. Experience in hospitality management, operations, or a related field is preferred. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in hotel management is beneficial.
