We are looking for a Duty Manager!!
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations, overseeing employees during their shifts, and maintaining a productive work environment.
Handle customer complaints and requests, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
Ensure smooth daily operations, including managing employee schedules, monitoring efficiency, and addressing any operational issues that arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving Ability to address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise during operations.
Required to work in shifts.
Experience:
Previous experience in a management role, particularly in hospitality is preferred.
