Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Duty Officer role located in Chennai. The Duty Officer will oversee day-to-day cinema operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the team in delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, addressing customer inquiries and grievances, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards, and overseeing the execution of promotions and events at the cinema. The role also involves maintaining and analyzing daily reports, coordinating with the technical team to ensure seamless operations, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, including supervision and scheduling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ability to analyze operational reports and take necessary actions to enhance efficiency.
• Familiarity with basic technical operations of cinema equipment is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, especially in managing events and promotions.
• Proficiency in using basic software applications and reporting tools.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, event management, or cinema operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
