Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Executive located in Gwalior. The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Tasks include managing laundry services, training housekeeping staff, maintaining organization standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication with both staff and customers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service at all times.

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Training staff
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
