Job Position : Duty Officer

Location : Vadapalani

Education : Degree or 3yrs Diploma

Experience : 2-3yrs in Team handling position

Job Description :

Operational management: Oversee all daily activities, from the functioning of show schedules and digital systems to staff scheduling and performance.
Customer service: Address customer complaints, queries, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels. Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Sales and inventory: Monitor ticket and food and beverage sales, manage cash handling, and assist in inventory management for concessions to minimize waste.
Staff supervision: Supervise and guide the shift team, train staff on upselling and marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Safety and security: Conduct security checks, manage crowd control, and enforce safety and emergency procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintenance: Report maintenance needs for equipment and facilities and coordinate with technical teams to resolve any screening issues.
Reporting: Prepare daily shift reports detailing footfall, sales, issues faced, and resolutions, and escalate critical issues to the cinema manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.22 - ₹23,000.43 per month
