Duty Officer

As a PVR Duty Officer with 1 year of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the theatre and providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operational Management: You will be responsible for supervising daily theatre operations, ensuring that all activities adhere to company policies and procedures. This includes managing staff scheduling and shift allocations to optimize efficiency. - Customer Service: Your focus will be on addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience during their visit to the theatre. - Staff Management: You will play a key role in training and grooming staff members, motivating them to achieve sales targets, and ensuring that proper billing procedures are followed at all times. - Safety and Security: Your duty will involve maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.
