About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all allocated areas are clean, hygienic, and welcoming. You’ll work with cleaning tools, chemicals, and follow strict safety & sanitization standards. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize rooms, furniture, fixtures, floors, bathrooms, etc. Restock supplies: toiletries, towels, cleaning products. Proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools/equipment. Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following guidelines. Report any damage, maintenance issues or safety concerns to the relevant department. Role Summary As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our hotel — welcoming guests, handling their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their stay is memorable. You will act as the liaison between guests and hotel operations, always aiming to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome arriving guests and bid farewell at check-out, ensuring a personalized experience. Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local area. Handle guest complaints, requests, or feedback promptly and professionally; perform basic service recovery when possible. Monitor and prioritize VIP / corporate guest arrivals & departures, ensuring extra care and coordination. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled on time. Assist in the preparation of guest welcome packs, room allocations, and pre-registration formalities. Maintain accurate guest profiles, logs, feedback records, and reports. Upsell hotel services, packages, or amenities when appropriate. Support special events, group check-ins, or guest relations projects as needed. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and service standards at all times.
