Job Description

Guest Relations Executive Job timing : 2 pm to 11 pm/ 11 am to 8 pm Greet and welcome all guests at the entrance. Provide information on games, pricing, and packages. Assist with ticketing, bookings, and wristbands. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints. Guide guests within the gamezone and maintain flow. Operate billing systems and manage cash/card transactions. Promote offers, combos, and upsell memberships. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in guest areas. Coordinate with operations and game staff. Maintain safety and crowd control during peak hours. Record feedback and report daily activity. Support birthday parties, events, and group bookings. Follow company SOPs and maintain a cheerful attitude. Work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
