Role Overview

GTM Engineer (Lead Generation & Business Development)

🔑 Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Research target geographies, accounts, decision-makers, and industry verticals
  • Define and fine-tune the

    Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  • Build and maintain a healthy lead funnel in CRM to support sales targets
  • Architect and maintain end-to-end

    GTM systems

    using tools & automation
  • Leverage

    AI/LLMs

    for prospect research, personalization, and workflow automation
  • Deliver

    5–10 qualified leads/month

    and ensure

    95%+ CRM accuracy


Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Run cold email campaigns with focus on

    deliverability & personalization

  • Execute outreach via

    Email, LinkedIn, and Social

    channels
  • Support content creation (case studies, blogs, briefs)
  • Track & optimize campaigns using

    analytics and AI-driven insights


Business Development Support

  • Partner with sales to align GTM with revenue goals
  • Support

    account-based marketing (ABM)

    initiatives
  • Participate in outreach & early qualification conversations


Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Research competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (

    Zoho/HubSpot

    )
  • Present weekly/monthly

    lead generation & pipeline reports

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    GTM, demand generation, or business development

    (preferably in

    IT Services / Cloud Services

    )
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools:

    Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Instantly, Dripify, Zapier/n8n

  • Strong

    communication & cold outreach

    skills
  • Proven expertise in

    email deliverability

  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking

    KPIs & campaign ROI

  • Ability to

    build GTM systems & automate workflows using AI/LLMs

  • Strong

    self-management & ownership

    skills
