Package: Upto 10 LPA (depending upon the interview)

Work mode: Onsite, 5.5 days a week

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager to support and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is someone with a solid foundation in Social Media, Influencer, Growth, Content, and Digital Marketing, along with a working knowledge of Excel for data handling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Strategize marketing campaigns to drive revenue across channels. 

Analyze the success and assist the team in executing the monthly marketing campaigns. 

Social Media Marketing

Manage daily content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Monitor engagement and implement strategies to improve reach and performance

Influencer Marketing

Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including negotiation, briefing, execution, and tracking

Growth Marketing

Assist in setting up performance campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google)

Analyze funnels and suggest strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention

Content Marketing

Coordinate with content creators and designers to develop impactful marketing assets

Ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals

Digital Marketing

Support in planning and executing paid media campaigns

Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc., and work on optimization

Reporting & Analysis

Maintain marketing dashboards

Use Excel to compile and present campaign performance data

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong grasp of marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Email Marketing tools, etc.)

Creative thinking with a data-driven approach

Comfortable with basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks
