For on-demand dry cleaning and laundry startups, Turns facilitates rapid scaling to new locations without physical stores, reaching new customers via personalized apps and offering on-premises payments. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demand Generation Specialist located in Noida. The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, utilizing marketing analytics to measure and optimize campaigns, communicating effectively across teams, and implementing marketing automation tools. The role also involves close collaboration with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. We primarily target US based business, and this will be our prime first market. We help laundromat owners grow with modern tools for POS, payments, delivery, and customer engagement. It’s a $5B+ industry, and we’re just getting started. We’re now looking for our first full-stack content marketer — someone who can take our customer stories and product wins, turn them into content, and push that content everywhere laundromat owners are paying attention. If you love creating, hosting, and distributing content (not just planning it), this role is for you. What you’ll actually do: Host monthly webinars with laundromat owners, distributors, and industry experts. Write and publish case studies, blogs, email campaigns, and social posts. Repurpose one webinar into 10 social clips, 3 blogs, 1 email blast, etc. Push content into FB groups, newsletters, CLA forums, and trade show circuits. Build a lightweight but consistent newsletter that laundromat owners actually read. Drive inbound leads and track if content is moving the needle. What we’re looking for: 3–6 years in B2B content marketing (bonus if SaaS / SMB / POS / service industry). Comfortable being on webinars, podcasts, or live events. Strong writing chops — you can draft a story that resonates. You know how to create AND distribute (not just hit publish). Scrappy, resourceful, and execution-first — we’re a startup, not a corporate. Nice-to-haves: Community management experience (FB groups, associations).
