Corporate Sales - Team Lead Location: South Delhi | On-site Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 5+ Years About the Role: We’re hiring a Corporate Sales Team Lead to drive offline bulk order sales, manage a high-performing sales team, and explore new B2B revenue opportunities across corporate gifting, events, and institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and deeply experienced in offline B2B sales —with the ability to convert leads, manage data, and scale new verticals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development Own the P&L for the corporate & institutional offline sales vertical Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across HR, procurement, event agencies, and large enterprises Proactively pitch product bundles for onboarding kits, festive gifting, events, and bulk orders Funnel Building & Expansion Develop and scale new sales funnels via outbound campaigns, referrals, expos, and strategic partnerships Build and manage a client database, track lead pipelines, and set funnel performance metrics Explore industry-specific entry points (education, hospitality, healthcare, etc.) Team Leadership Lead a team of corporate sales executives and client servicing associates Set KPIs, review individual and team performance, and provide coaching for conversion improvement Support the team on high-value deal closures and negotiations Reporting & Data Analysis Create and maintain performance dashboards in Excel or CRM tools Analyze conversion rates, lead quality, sales velocity, and revenue contribution Present weekly reports to leadership with insights and actionable recommendations Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, operations, design, and marketing teams to ensure tailored solutions and timely delivery Coordinate with finance and logistics for client onboarding, invoicing, and order tracking Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, or B2B partnerships Proven experience in offline bulk orders , preferably in FMCG, gifting, lifestyle, or consumer product segments Team management experience is essential Strong Excel and data analysis skills for tracking performance and building reports Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Hubspot, or Salesforce is a plus A self-starter with a result-driven mindset and entrepreneurial approach What’s in It for You?
