Role Overview

We're hiring a Growth & Marketing Manager to scale our booking funnel, boost brand visibility, and support our geographic expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end performance marketing (Google Ads, social media, SEO, email, WhatsApp campaigns)
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels, including A/B testing and conversions
• Drive organic growth via SEO, blogging, influencer marketing and content marketing
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and product to align on strategy & execution
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and ROI
• Lead content strategy—social, newsletters, blogs, and events
• Explore CRM/email automation to nurture leads and increase retention
• Manage CRM
• Look at listing management and collabs via portals like wedmegood, BNI etc

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles (ideally in marketplaces or services)
• Proven track record in performance campaigns, CRM, or acquisition marketing
• Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, analytics platforms
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment with fluid responsibilities
• Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or similar consumer marketplaces
• Familiar with remote-first tools: Asana/Notion, HubSpot, Mailchimp
• Comfortable designing and executing content programs across platforms
