Responsibilities

Creator Growth & Onboarding

• Identify and onboard creators across performance, lifestyle & entertainment categories
• Maintain creator pipeline
• Ensure strong pre-launch seeding so every competition goes live with high-quality content

Influencer Partnerships

• Collaborate with micro and mid-tier influencers to boost app visibility
• Manage briefs, deliverables, posting schedules and campaign outcomes
• Drive community challenges and creator-led promotions through influencers

App Growth & Weekly Activation

• Drive new installs, repeat uploads, and active participation
• Launch weekly growth experiments and creator engagement activities
• Manage WhatsApp/Telegram groups and resolve creator queries quickly

Business Growth & Market Expansion

• Build relationships with colleges, studios, communities & partners
• Identify sponsorships and collaboration opportunities
• Support go-to-market initiatives and help scale presence across categories and regions

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in creator/influencer/growth/community roles
• Strong communication & relationship skills
• Experience managing creators or influencers
• Fast execution mindset, strong follow-up, highly organized
