What We Are Looking For (Qualifications): Bachelors or a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry. Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, primarily focusing on paid media, customer acquisition, and retention in the B2C sector, ideally in a fast-paced, free-to-play, mobile app. Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing complex paid media campaigns with significant budgets to achieve substantial business impact (e.g., revenue, growth, ROAS).
