Our rapidly expanding marketing division, part of an established international law firm with over 22 years of history. We are rapidly expanding in-house team in technology, AI, CRM development, customer service automation, digital marketing.

Job Overview:

The Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing function, driving strategy, execution, and performance across all digital and traditional marketing channels. This role requires a strong command of performance marketing, brand development, content alignment, analytics, technology, marketing operations and cross-functional leadership to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and data-driven culture.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all platforms.

2. Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive full-funnel marketing initiatives to maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and present marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.).
  • Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize ad spending, and improve campaign ROI.
  • Oversee marketing dashboards, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly performance reports.

4. SEO & SEM Management

  • Lead SEO and SEM strategies to enhance organic and paid search performance.
  • Ensure strong keyword targeting, content relevance, and search visibility to drive high-quality traffic.

5. Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad copy, creatives, videos, and landing pages.
  • Ensure all marketing communications align with brand voice and campaign objectives.

6. Budgeting & Resource Allocation

  • Own the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximum return on ad spend.
  • Forecast, plan, and track expenses to maintain efficiency and accountability.

7. Experimentation & A/B Testing

  • Conduct structured A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and communication strategies.
  • Evaluate results and provide actionable insights for continuous performance enhancement.

8. Targeting, Segmentation & Audience Insights

  • Leverage customer data for precise audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting.
  • Identify new audience opportunities and improve conversion and retention across channels.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage and partner with technology, product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.

10. Team Management & Development

  • Build, supervise, and develop the marketing team by setting goals, conducting regular reviews, and setting right cultural expectation.
  • Ensure effective task allocation, workflow management, and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, including leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization and marketing analytics tools.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to understand Technology space and lead the Technology team along with Marketing and Operations team.
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, data-driven, and growth-oriented environment.
