About the role:

SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings for key legal terms and case-specific pages.
• Perform in-depth keyword research and content gap analysis aligned with practice areas (e.g., securities litigation, antitrust, consumer fraud).
• Optimize on-page elements including metadata, header tags, image alt texts, internal linking, and page structure.
• Collaborate with content writers and legal experts to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and legal updates.
• Monitor and improve site performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Manage local SEO, schema markup, and ensure optimization for mobile and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Track KPIs and generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in legal marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a legal, professional services, or high-regulation environment.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Familiarity with WordPress and website CMS platforms.
• Experience working with legal content or in collaboration with law firms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
