Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Answer/Generative Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) On-Page Semantic SEO: Implement advanced on-page SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, semantic SEO, and structured content enhancements to improve discovery across traditional and AI-driven search engines. Optimize content for intent, context, and topic depth to increase visibility across Google Search, SGE, Bing, and other emerging generative search platforms. Technical SEO: Oversee technical SEO performance including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and overall site architecture. Implement and maintain structured data (Schema.org) to support AEO and improve featured snippets, rich results, and AI-powered answer surfaces. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Optimize content for direct answers, featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice search queries. Strengthen topical authority and EEAT signals to improve visibility in AI-powered summaries and answer engines. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Adapt SEO strategies for new AI search behaviors including SGE, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, and Gemini. Develop content structures and briefs that increase brand presence in generative summaries and conversational search results. Monitor emerging trends in generative search and refine content for maximum visibility in AI-driven responses. Backlink Authority Strategy: Develop and manage white-hat link acquisition tactics focused on enhancing domain authority and topical depth. Build relationships with publishers, bloggers, and partners to strengthen brand visibility. Aggregator Listings: Ensure accurate and optimized listings on relevant aggregator platforms to drive authority signals and referral traffic. 2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Landing Page Optimization: Continuously optimize landing pages, forms, messaging, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and reduce friction across the funnel. 3. Reporting Analytics Performance Tracking: Track rankings, organic traffic, SERP visibility (traditional + generative), and conversion improvements. Build dashboards and reports to communicate SEO, AEO, and CRO performance to cross-functional teams. Tools Insights: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hotjar, Screaming Frog, and AI search visibility platforms (e g, BrightEdge, SE Ranking, or custom SGE/GEO trackers). Provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and experimentation. Skills Qualifications Experience: 5-7 years in SEO and CRO, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment. SEO AEO Expertise: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, schema markup, semantic search, and answer engine optimization. Familiarity with GEO: Awareness of how generative AI models influence search and the ability to adapt strategies for AI-driven search ecosystems. CRO Skills: Hands-on experience with user flow analysis, experimentation frameworks, and landing page optimization. Analytical Strength: Ability to turn data into insights and strategic decisions. Tools Proficiency: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, and A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize alternatives). Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present performance updates effectively.
