We are rapidly expanding in-house in technology, AI, CRM development, BPO and call centre automation, organic and PPC marketing. Key Responsibilities: Setup and manage segmentation, automation, personalization, A/B, and multivariate testing focused on continuous improvement, engagement, and optimization. Plan and execute Content Calendar for all inbound email marketing campaigns and initiatives focused on driving lead generation, conversion, account management, customer retention, and brand awareness. Provide analytics reports and dashboards using Zoho CRM/ Analytics and third-party BI tools. Improve, monitor, and maintain leads data quality, ensuring accuracy and minimizing flawed or incomplete data. Oversee day-to-day activities for engagements and act as the primary point of contact regarding engagement-specific needs. Facilitate program and project management office activities, including the preparation and review of engagement work, deliverables, and status reports. Establish, maintain, and enhance scalable processes across systems to ensure best practices, enabling the marketing team to perform optimally in their respective roles. Requirements: Minimum of 3 year to 6 Years of prior experience working in a consulting firm (Preferably with Legal/ Marketing agency) with a focus on Marketing operations. Strong experience in MS Suite (Excel) is must to have. Strong background in leading large-scale data operations projects, with demonstrated project management skills, including the selection, implementation, and deployment of various Technologies. Proficiency in managing sophisticated technology data and adaptability to new technological trends. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives. Ability to supervise and offer guidance to staff and work collaboratively within a team environment.
