Growth & Marketing Leader

As a Growth Manager at ScopeX, you will be responsible for driving the growth and marketing initiatives for the company. ScopeX is a rapidly growing fintech startup in the EU market, dedicated to assisting Indians in Europe with saving on interbank fees and accessing competitive exchange rates for sending money home. With a loyal customer base of over 25,000 NRI's across Europe, we are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team of industry leaders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage omni-channel acquisition strategies including referrals, partnerships, paid media, and SEO. - Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns to acquire high-intent users. - Own CRM and lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push) to drive re-engagement, upsells, and LTV. - Utilize customer segmentation and behavioral data to personalize campaigns at scale. **Strategy & Analytics:** - Define and track KPIs across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels. - Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate) to validate hypotheses quickly. - Provide regular performance reporting and insight-driven recommendations to leadership. - Stay informed about market trends, identify new channels, competitor tactics, and user needs. **Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of experience in growth & lifecycle marketing roles. - Demonstrated success in scaling an early-stage consumer product or service. - Profound understanding of marketing funnel metrics and behavioral analytics. - Experience collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. - Proficient in writing, positioning, branding, and UX. - Familiarity with AI first Tools, CRM tools, Segment, Mixpanel/Amplitude. - Self-starter with keen attention to detail and strong project management skills. - Proficient in AI first problem-solving approach. **Really Good To Have:** - Experience in Fintech (B2C) industry. - Experience working in EMEA markets.
