Partnerships & Influencer Manager

As a Growth Manager at ScopeX, you will be a crucial part of our fast-paced startup, focused on leveraging innovative technology to assist Indians in Europe with saving on interbank fees and accessing competitive exchange rates when sending money home. With a loyal customer base of over 25,000 NRI's across Europe, you will be joining a team of industry leaders with vast experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and lead the end-to-end Partnerships Program as a strategic revenue driver. - Source, assess, and build authentic relationships with influencers aligning with the brand's voice and values. - Expand and strengthen partnerships across geographies in collaboration with leadership. - Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including pipeline creation, onboarding, and negotiations. - Lead influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Tiktok) from concept to reporting. - Negotiate smartly to optimize spends while ensuring high-quality outcomes. - Track KPIs like hook rate, hold rate, engagement, CTR, and conversions. - Evolve campaign formats, briefs, and performance strategy based on insights. - Maintain a detailed creator CRM with clear data, pipelines, and relationship notes. - Streamline creator briefs, contracts, and content approval processes. - Collaborate with brand, performance, and content teams to integrate influencer strategy with wider marketing goals. - Stay updated on platform trends and formats to experiment effectively. **Qualifications:** - 1+ years of experience in influencer management, event management, or partnerships. - Proven track record of influencer campaign creation & execution. - Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools and community platforms. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - High energy, self-driven, and passionate about building impactful communities. - AI first in problem-solving. **Really Good To Have:** - Experience working with a Fintech (B2C). - Experience working in EMEA markets.
