Job Description

As a Growth Manager at ScopeX, you will play a critical role in owning acquisition and marketing initiatives for our fast-growing fintech startup. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Partnerships Program, sourcing and building relationships with influencers, expanding partnerships across geographies, managing partnership lifecycles, and leading influencer campaigns across platforms. Your strategic mindset and execution focus will be essential in aligning growth goals with the user journey. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead the Partnerships Program as a strategic revenue driver. - Source, assess, and build authentic relationships with influencers. - Expand and strengthen partnerships across geographies. - Manage full partnership lifecycle, including pipeline creation, onboarding, negotiations. - Lead influencer campaigns across platforms, from concept to reporting. - Negotiate smartly to optimize spends and ensure high-quality outcomes. - Measure KPIs like hook rate, hold rate, engagement, CTR, and conversions. - Evolve campaign formats, briefs, and performance strategy based on insights. - Maintain a detailed creator CRM and streamline creator briefs, contracts, and content approval processes. - Collaborate with brand, performance, and content teams to integrate influencer strategy with wider marketing goals. - Stay updated on platform trends and formats to drive practical experimentation. Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in influencer management, event management, or partnerships. - Proven track record of creating and executing influencer campaigns. - Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools and community platforms. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - High energy, self-driven, and passionate about building impactful communities. - AI first in problem solving.
