Your expertise in B2B enterprise software sales, particularly within the construction industry or earthmoving equipment rental sector, will be pivotal in your success. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and delivering customized SaaS/ERP/CRM solutions to large-scale industrial clients. You will need to engage key decision-makers within construction firms, contractors, and equipment rental/logistics companies, fostering strong client relationships by comprehending their business processes, challenges, and objectives. You will recommend and showcase tailored enterprise software solutions encompassing ERP, asset tracking, fleet management, and field operations software. You are expected to oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to demos, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring alignment between client requirements and software capabilities by collaborating with product and engineering teams. Utilizing CRM tools will be crucial for maintaining the sales pipeline, tracking activities, and generating precise forecasts and reports. Furthermore, your representation of the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings will enhance brand visibility and market intelligence. Post-sales activities such as customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience (SaaS, ERP, CRM), with a strong domain expertise in construction, logistics, or heavy equipment rental. Your track record should demonstrate the ability to close complex B2B deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, alongside a deep understanding of digital transformation, asset lifecycle management, and field operations automation.
