App Marketing Manager

As an App Marketing Manager at one of Weekday's clients, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for mobile apps by developing and executing comprehensive strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies for app clients, including App Store Optimization (ASO), Paid Acquisition, Monetization, and Retention. - Partnering with clients to understand their goals and translating them into actionable growth roadmaps. - Monitoring, calculating, and optimizing key metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention while analyzing user journeys and app performance. - Collaborating with internal teams such as User Acquisition, ASO, and Creative to execute growth plans and run experiments. - Creating and refining ASO strategies, including keyword planning, creative assets, and metadata optimization, to boost organic performance. - Working closely with performance marketing specialists to optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads, ensuring efficiency and scale. - Utilizing tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, AppTweak, and Data Studio to uncover insights and improvement opportunities. - Maintaining strong client relationships with regular check-ins and reviews, presenting results, insights, and future strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-4 years of experience in mobile app marketing, digital strategy, or growth consulting. - Understanding of the app ecosystem, including paid ads, app store dynamics, analytics, and in-app behavior. - Hands-on experience with ASO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads preferred. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. - Awareness of design principles and their impact on ad and app store performance. - Excellent communication skills; able to clearly explain strategies and insights to clients and internal teams.
