What You’ll Do

• Google Ads Strategy & Execution

• Lead campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Optimize bidding, targeting, and placements for maximum ROI.
• Test and refine creatives, landing pages, and funnels for higher conversions.

• Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Track metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Run A/B tests and data-driven optimizations.
• Use Google Analytics, GTM, and attribution models to refine performance.

• Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition

• Identify new audience segments and market opportunities.
• Build lookalike and retargeting campaigns for acquisition & retention.
• Design scalable growth strategies based on insights and trends.

• Collaboration & Alignment

• Partner with marketing, creative, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
• Ensure seamless landing page integration & tracking.
• Share strategic insights with leadership to drive growth decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of proven experience in Google Ads & performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in campaign optimization.
• Hands-on with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution modeling.
• Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a drive to experiment.
• Prior experience in scaling campaigns for e-commerce/D2C is a plus.
