Growth Manager

A Growth Manager in a D2C marketing agency drives acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by leading performance campaigns, conversion optimization, creative strategies, and data-driven decision-making

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and marketplaces; ensure ROI, ROAS, and CAC goals are met.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze funnel performance and customer flow, conducting A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages and increase conversion rates across web and mobile.
• Revenue & Growth Ownership: Own monthly metrics like GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), AOV (Average Order Value), and CVR (Conversion Rate); drive topline and profitability strategies.
• Retention & Engagement: Run email, WhatsApp, and lifecycle marketing campaigns with automation and segmentation to maximize repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
• Creative Strategy & Collaboration: Work with designers, copywriters, and influencers to create compelling ad creatives and content tailored to buyer personas and funnel stages.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hotjar); deliver actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
• SEO & Organic Growth: Align paid and organic strategies for comprehensive visibility and ensure synergy between acquisition and retention.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across teams (design, product, client success) to build and optimize growth campaigns, manage agency relationships, and drive execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹456,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
