Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager to lead strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The role requires a mix of data-driven decision-making, creativity, and strong business acumen to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing channels Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies across digital and offline channels. Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and partnerships. Drive user lifecycle management including acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement. Analyze performance metrics, run A/B experiments, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer experience and conversion funnels. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitors, and emerging trends. Manage budgets and forecast growth projections. Build dashboards and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness. Lead and mentor a small team to implement growth initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 8- 10 years of proven experience in growth, digital marketing, or business strategy. Strong understanding of growth frameworks, funnels, and customer acquisition strategies. Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.). Proficiency in digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, email, referral). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have: Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment. Knowledge of automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, etc.). Familiarity with product-led growth strategies.
