Job Title: Marketing Growth Expert Department: Marketing Location: Remote Experience: 02 to 04 years Job Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and creative Marketing Growth Expert to lead and execute strategies that accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, testing new channels, and optimizing marketing performance through continuous experimentation and analysis. This role is critical for scaling our user base and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy: Design and implement marketing strategies focused on rapid growth across digital and offline channels. Performance Marketing: Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging platforms. Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics, customer behavior, and funnel performance to optimize ROI and LTV. Experimentation: Develop and manage a robust A/B testing framework across landing pages, email sequences, creatives, and messaging. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment and integration of growth initiatives. Content & SEO: Drive traffic through organic growth tactics such as SEO, content marketing, and strategic partnerships. Marketing Automation: Implement and manage tools for email marketing, CRM, lead nurturing, and customer journeys. Budget Management: Allocate and track marketing spend to ensure efficiency and ROI. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Proven track record of scaling user/customer acquisition and driving revenue growth. Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Segment, Webflow, or equivalent. Deep understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling. Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset. Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-growth startups or tech/SaaS companies. Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) models. Coding or scripting knowledge (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Python) is a plus. Experience with international expansion or multi-language campaigns.
