Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and optimise growth channels to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and grow existing affiliate channels/partners to drive performance and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
  • Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as test new approaches to capture existing demand
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports
  • Keep marketing team up-to-date on current campaigns and share learnings of a/b tests
  • Drive website growth through affiliate and partner channels with a strong sales & growth mindset.
  • Identify, onboard & manage partners while ensuring ROI-driven, scalable growth.
  • Think creatively to discover new opportunities, negotiate effectively, and deliver tangible results as a go-getter.

Must Have Qualification:

  • 2+ years of growth/analytics experience
  • Is comfortable with working on excel and analytics
  • Have strong analytical skills
