Job Title: Key Account Manager – Sales (UAE Region) Department: S ales & Business Development Experience: 07 to 10 years Job Purpose: The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients across the UAE region. The role involves managing key accounts, driving sales growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and aligning client needs with company capabilities. The KAM will play a critical role in revenue generation, customer retention, and long-term business success. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across the UAE region. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor. Sales & Business Development: Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Prepare and present customized sales proposals and business cases. Strategic Planning: Develop account plans based on client needs, market insights, and sales strategies. Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client movements. Provide actionable insights to internal teams for product and service improvements. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and business development progress using CRM systems. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Key Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
