The Growth Consultant role at Fleetx focuses on driving customer success in the logistics technology space. You will work closely with our customers to ensure they realize maximum value from the Fleetx platform by translating operational challenges into data-driven solutions. This is a consulting-heavy role where you'll drive adoption, identify opportunities for optimization, and contribute directly to logistics and business outcomes for our clients.
● Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption and deepen product usage across modules like fleet management, fuel monitoring, risk detection, transport planning & optimization, compliance, visibility, and analytics.
● Understand key operational and business metrics (e.g., fleet utilization, fuel consumption, turnaround time, on-time delivery, safety incidents) and identify how Fleetx can influence these through intelligent implementation.
● Translate real-world logistics problems into technically executable solutions using Fleetx tools, working with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions, Customer Success).
● Analyze customer data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Recommend actions and strategies that deliver measurable ROI to customers.
● Define success metrics and build transparent tracking frameworks to monitor progress and value delivery across accounts.
● Build reusable frameworks, playbooks, case studies and industry-specific best practices to accelerate growth and standardize consulting success.
● Conduct audits to assess the maturity of Fleetx deployment and recommend high-impact interventions—both quick wins and long-term strategies.
● Graduation or post-graduation from a premier institute.
● 1-2 years of experience in analytics, consulting, SaaS solutions, logistics tech, or operations-heavy environments.
● Strong problem-solving ability at the intersection of Technology and Data.
● Ability to translate insights into compelling business narratives and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
● Strong consultative selling skills with a strategic, data-driven approach.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
● Self-starter with high ownership and a drive to win in fast-paced environments.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
