Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Consultant located in Gurugram. The Growth Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, sales, event planning, marketing, and managing customer relationships. The day-to-day tasks will involve identifying potential clients, organizing events, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining CRM systems to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation and Sales skills
• Event Planning and Marketing skills
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
