As a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Regenesys Business School, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy of the institution across international operations. Your expertise in financial management within the education sector, particularly higher education, will be essential in managing global fund disbursement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the institution's global goals. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making. - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. - Oversee international fund disbursement, ensuring efficient, timely, and compliant allocation of educational grants, scholarships, and operational funding. - Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, education sector standards, and audit requirements. - Implement strong financial controls and risk management frameworks across all jurisdictions. - Lead the finance team in multiple locations, fostering high performance, accountability, and professional growth. - Prepare and present accurate financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including the board, donors, and regulators. - Build trust and transparency with stakeholders by ensuring sound governance and financial integrity. Key Requirements: - CA(SA), CPA, or equivalent qualification required. - Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 10 years in senior financial leadership, ideally within the higher education or broader education sector. - Proven experience in international financial operations and fund disbursement. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - High integrity and a commitment to ethical financial leadership. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage with global stakeholders. - Adaptive and forward-thinking, with a passion for education and innovation.
