Group Chief Financial Officer

The position is required for one of our clients- A mid sized manufacturing group in auto parts sector.The position is based at Gurgaon and reports to Group MD.

The KRAs include:

- Strategic Business planning

- Corporate Finance and Fund raising

- Financial & Management Reporting,

- Risk Management, Budget Formulation & Controls,

- Corporate Governance, Statutory & Internal Audits

- Balance Sheets; Profit & Loss Accounts, Asset Management

- Direct/Indirect Taxation

- Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Management,

- Treasury & Banking Operations,

- Transaction Advisories (JVs, New projects including Feasibility & Evaluation)

- MIS and analytics

- All Compliances etc.

The incumbent needs to be a change-agent having 21st century CFO tool-kit with passion for organization transformation thru embracing disruption, practicing agility, employing analytics and facilitating transformed work teams. It's imperative that the incumbent leads integration of all business processes with company's strategic architecture. The incumbent needs to shoulder additional responsibilities of steering emerging growth opportunities.

This position forms part of strategic think-tank & requires tremendous maturity, impeccable analytics & deft people management skills. The position offers excellent opportunities for horizontal & vertical career-growth. The title & compensation are flexible and can be worked upon.

The manufacturing arm is currently have revenue of INR 500 Cr. The group is planning to grow exponentially in next year.

The group is currently operating 6-days a week format.
