Job Description

The position is required for one of our clients- A diversified industrial group with business ventures in Automotive Components, Technology, Future factory, Future mobility solutions and Education.


The position is based at Gurgaon and reports to Group CEO

The KRAs include:

  • Lead the overall OEM sales strategy and drive sustained business growth across all product lines
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in 2W, 4W, LCV, HCV, and global markets, ensuring strong market penetration
  • Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with key OEMs; lead high-level commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Oversee the complete RFQ lifecycle, pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and coordination with operations for seamless delivery
  • Support international market expansion through global partnerships, customer engagements, and cross-border business development initiatives
  • Lead, guide, and develop the Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
  • Drive data-based decision-making through structured sales dashboards, market intelligence, and competitive analysis
