The position reports to Group MD. The KRAs for the position include:
- Managing expectations of all stakeholders including customers.
- Business strategy & planning
- P&L Management
- Plant Operations including New Projects & New Programs
- Supporting New Business Development- Overseas & Indian OEMs
- Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Product Engineering & VE
- All Compliances etc.
The Group has embarked upon a transformative approach towards future growth and has put in place plans to grow exponentially- nearly 5 times in next 5 years.
- Group Target Revenues : 2500 crores in 5 years
