Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of channel partners to achieve sales targets through effective communication, training, and performance monitoring.

Develop and execute strategies for distributor sales growth by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive business development initiatives that increase revenue streams.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on product positioning, pricing, and promotions.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Job Requirements :

Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to analyse data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing), external partners (e.g., Distributors).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective strategy execution and team leadership.
