Position Overview:

As Senior Graphic Designer, you will own the visual storytelling for Marcadors’ most impactful campaigns. You’ll partner with marketing, content, and analytics teams to translate strategy into bold, cohesive designs across digital and print. Your creative leadership will ensure brand consistency, elevate client experiences, and drive measurable engagement.

In this role, you’ll tackle tight deadlines and evolving creative briefs, championing design excellence and innovation. You will mentor junior designers, shape design standards, and introduce new tools and processes—all while reinforcing Marcadors’ reputation as a digital marketing trailblazer.
