Position:

Role & Responsibilities

Learning Restaurant Operations: Gain hands-on experience across food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations.
Shift Management: Assist in managing shifts to ensure smooth functioning, optimal staffing, and adherence to company standards.
Team Leadership: Develop leadership skills by motivating, guiding, and supporting team members while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by handling customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving complaints.
Financial Management: Learn about financial controls, inventory management, cost optimization, and reporting to support restaurant profitability.
Compliance: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Training & Development: Participate in structured training programs and gradually take on responsibilities for training and developing team members.

Career Progression

Graduate Trainee (06 months) Shift Manager (based on performance and successful completion of training).
Salary will be revised upwards upon promotion to Shift Manager.
