Job Description

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Sales & Marketing at Goodrich Gaskets, you will be joining a dynamic and ambitious team in the industrial gasket manufacturing division. Your role will involve working closely with experienced professionals to develop business relationships, understand customer needs, and support revenue growth initiatives. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, initiate, and build successful supplier relationships with assigned target customer groups - Maintain consistent contact with existing and potential customers to ensure high customer satisfaction - Develop and execute daily customer visit agendas to demonstrate current and speculative gasket products - Assist customers in product selection and inform hardware decisions - Coordinate with Operations and Production teams for order processing and delivery coordination **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering - Recent graduates preferred; up to 1 year of relevant experience will be considered - Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical drawings - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel - Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills As a part of the Flosil Group, Goodrich Gaskets Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-performance gasket solutions for industrial applications.
