About the Company



Goodrich Gasket is a reputed manufacturer of industrial gaskets committed to quality, environmental sustainability, and occupational health and safety. We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to oversee and maintain our ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) and ensure compliance with international standards.



About the Role

Responsibilities



  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) including ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) standards.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and coordinate external audits by certification bodies.
  • Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
  • Identify non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address gaps in the management system.
  • Facilitate training and awareness programs across the organization on ISO standards and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation related to IMS policies, procedures, manuals, and records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality, environmental, and safety practices into daily operations.
  • Prepare reports on IMS performance for management review meetings.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and risk assessments to minimize environmental impact and improve workplace safety.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in ISO standards or Internal Auditor training is a plus.



Required Skills



  • Up to 5 years of experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation and management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OHSMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to manage audits, CAPA processes, and compliance activities independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
