About the Role



We are looking for a Manager – Recruiter to lead and manage recruitment activities across levels from freshers to senior professionals. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver effective hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role involves leading recruitment projects, mentoring junior recruiters, and collaborating closely with business leaders to attract the best talent.



Responsibilities



  • Lead, manage, and execute full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—for positions across all levels (fresher to senior management).
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline using job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and campus outreach.
  • Partner with business heads and HR leaders to understand recruitment needs and provide consultative hiring solutions.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring achievement of hiring targets and adherence to recruitment best practices.
  • Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and smooth process flows.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to track hiring progress and improve processes.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines during recruitment processes.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or Talent Management is a plus.


Required Skills



  • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with exposure to managing hiring mandates end-to-end.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment for diverse roles from entry-level to senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a recruitment team.
  • Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
