• Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA
• Experience: 12 -15 Years
• Job Location: Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia
• Salary: INR.5,00,000 p.m. To INR.7,50,000 p.m (SAR 20,000 p.m. To SAR 25,000 p.m.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and transformation of finance and related functions to enhance operational efficiency, governance, and strategic alignment across the organization.
• Implement corporate governance frameworks, embedding transparency, accountability, and best-in-class controls across departments.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of Oracle ERP, ensuring system integration & alignment with financial reporting, departmental governance frameworks, operational workflows and existing engineering, field service & internal process software systems.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director, and Engineering & Ops Director driving data-driven decision-making through insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Drive modernization of financial management processes, including reporting, compliance, and internal control systems, to ensure agility and accuracy in business operations.
• Collaborate with audit, risk, and compliance teams to reinforce financial integrity and strengthen oversight mechanisms across the business.
• Champion a culture of transformation and capability building, mentoring finance sales administration & HR department leaders and teams to embrace innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide strategy, supporting initiatives in capital efficiency, organizational redesign, and long-term value creation.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / CPA / ACCA).
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role.
• Proven experience within the machinery manufacturing, heavy industry, or engineering sectors is essential.
• Demonstrated success in departmental redesign, governance enhancement, and financial transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, internal control systems, and financial risk management.
• Hands-on experience leading an Oracle ERP implementation or similar large-scale financial system deployment.
• Exceptional technical accounting knowledge and analytical capability.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• High degree of integrity, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
