Role & responsibilities Work with team to design or renovate spaces to meet the Company Standard. Vendor Negotiation and conducting Market review in order to get best item . Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces Select samples, including flooring, carpet, and paint to be approved by the Management. Choose color palettes. Plan architectural detail such as crown molding and built-in bookshelves. Read and interpret blueprints. Travel to galleries to purchase artwork for spaces. Work with vendors on the selection of pieces. Negotiate prices. Plan and estimate budgets for projects. Submit drawings for approval by a construction inspector to ensure that the design meets building codes. Draw up floor plans and sketches. Use computer-aided design (CAD) to create drawings. Hang drapes and artwork. Contract out services to other vendors, including painting and carpeting. Supervise assistants who carry out their plans and perform administrative tasks Arrange furniture. Coordinate work schedules. Follow up with client to ensure design specifications have been met. Preferred candidate profile : Candidate from Architectural background would be preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Project Design & Execution: Conceptualize and develop interior design plans for commercial and residential spaces. Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Collaborate with Consultant and project team. 2. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the proposed plan. Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site challenges to ensure timely completion. 3. Vendor & Consultant Management: Manage contracts and coordinate with vendors for sourcing materials and services. Ensure quality control by liaising with contractors and suppliers to meet project standards. 4. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender. Responsible for reviewing the Bills and checking the quantity and billing as processed by the Team. Monitor the Daily, Weekly and monthly reports for tracking of project, management & client. Creating backlog& Catch-up plan. Preparing QuantityReconciliation, materials reconciliation. Preparing the BOQ for sub-contractors. Checking & certifying the sub-contractor Interim Valuations. Maintain records of all subcontractor payments. Inspection and verification of measurements. Documentation maintaining billing records. Coordinating with Project /site team & contractor for finalization of bills /Extra item. Preparing invoice through and submitting client invoice along with all enclosures for Bills. Preparation of client and Sub contractors bills, abstract cost, checking as per drawing and also cross checking at site monthly bills. Rate analysis preparation for deviation. Preparing of monthly bills, checking of all measurements logged on the monthly bills by site engineer, obtain approval for monthly bill, and assist in paying all sub-contractor invoices accordance with contractual, company and statutory requirements.
